Cookies and similar technologies
Cookies are small files or identifiers used by websites and browsers; similar tools include local storage and other identifiers. Some are necessary for the platform, while others serve optional analytics or other purposes.
Strictly necessary tools
MarketNail uses PrestaShop/PHP session identifiers for sign-in, cart, security and navigation. Stripe cookies such as __stripe_mid and __stripe_sid may be used in payment and anti-fraud flows. These are used without consent only where strictly necessary for a requested service or its security. Actual durations and hostnames depend on the configuration and usage.
Optional analytics: Google Analytics 4
If you accept “Statistics”, Google Analytics 4 (G-703RCBR1SQ) may be activated through Google Tag Manager (GTM-5NNSVTJ). GA4 can set cookies such as _ga and _ga_* and process browsing events and online identifiers. GA4 must not load without consent, which you may withdraw at any time.
Advertising tracking
The intended MarketNail configuration does not include Meta Pixel, Google Ads conversion tracking or HubSpot web tracking. If new non-essential tools are enabled, this policy and the consent mechanism will be updated before deployment.
Your choices and withdrawal
On a first visit, unless a valid previous choice applies, you may accept, reject or customize optional tools. Rejection does not prevent essential features. Choices may later be changed or withdrawn using the “Cookie preferences” control available on the website. Withdrawal prevents subsequent activation; previously stored cookies should also be deleted where technically feasible, and browser choices remain available.
Email newsletters are separate
Newsletters are sent through OneSignal; sending an email itself does not require website cookies. Email opens and clicks may be measured through mechanisms inside the email, separately from website cookie consent, as explained in the Privacy Policy. Newsletter subscription does not imply consent to analytics cookies, nor does analytics consent imply newsletter subscription.
Known categories and identifiers
Necessary: PrestaShop/PHP session, sign-in and cart identifiers; Stripe tools where strictly needed for payment or security. Optional analytics (consent required): GA4, which may set _ga and _ga_*. These are the principal currently identified tools; a final cookie inventory must reflect actual providers, hosts and durations across the website, including account and checkout pages.
